Dolphin Ave Early Learning Centre in Mermaid Beach offers state-of-the-art childcare, dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of every child with exceptional care and enriching environments.

About You:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (Lead Educators) and/or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Early Years Developmental Milestones

Current approved First Aid/CPR certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training.

Working with Children Check.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for teaching, professional development, and collaboration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of planning, programming, and observing children’s developmental growth.
