Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our OSHC service in Mayfield, Newcastle NSW. The role covers Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, with shifts from early morning to late afternoon.

This position offers an immediate start, a supportive team, and ongoing opportunities to develop professionally within a child-focused environment in Mayfield.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Recent experience working in a childhood setting.
• Two industry references.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional and passionate about children's development.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across Before School Care (6:00 am–9:00 am) and After School Care (2:00 pm–6:30 pm), plus Vacation Care (7:30 am–6:00 pm).
• Contribute to a supportive, child-focused environment within Mayfield centre.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure safe, engaging activities for children.

Pay Rate: $37-$45 per hour

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join a supportive OSHC service in Mayfield for BOTH Morning and Afternoon shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator looking for consistent work within a collaborative and child-focused environment.

Working Hours

• Before School Care: 6:00 am - 9:00 am
• After School Care: 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm
• Vacation Care (School Holidays): 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
