Job summary

Mini Masterminds, a leading early childhood education provider in Western Australia, is seeking a passionate Diploma Educator to join our Tallawong centre on a full-time basis. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning that supports each child's learning, development and wellbeing.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, contribute to a positive learning environment, and collaborate with a dedicated team to meet the National Quality Standards and EYLF guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Child Protection training/certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferably 2+ years in ECEC; student placements not sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation.
• Contribute to continuous centre improvement initiatives.
• Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions.
