Discovery Early Education and Care Centre in Thrumster, Port Macquarie, NSW, is seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator for a full-time role. You will work with your room team to deliver high-quality education and care, building strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• An approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Previous experience working within an early childhood education and care setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard.
• A genuine commitment to high-quality, relationship-based practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Current approved First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain/maintain these as required.
• Completed required National Child Safety Training, or willingness to meet applicable training requirements.
