Job summary

Tradewind Australia invites applications for a Diploma Educator to join a community kindergarten in Birchip, VIC. This role covers both 3-year-old and 4-year-old programs and supports the kindergarten's engagement and wellbeing of children and families.

The service is onsite at Birchip P-12 College with a $9,000 attraction incentive for eligible candidates. Sponsorship is not available and there is potential for contributing to the regional Pre-Prep rollout within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Experience in an early childhood setting beyond student placement preferred.
• Ability to contribute to programming, documentation and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality educational programs across both 3YO and 4YO kindergarten.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, documentation and assessment.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Build strong and respectful relationships with children and families.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teachers and the wider community.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Bring experience, ideas and passion for early childhood education to the service.
