Job summary

Tradewind Australia is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to work in the 3-4 year old room in Horsham, Victoria. This full-time ongoing role focuses on supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing within a high-quality early childhood setting.

You will contribute to programming, observations and documentation, build strong relationships with children and families, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality outcomes in line with EYLF and NQF.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Paid experience in a long day care, kindergarten, or early learning setting.
• Confident contributing to programming, observations, and documentation.
• Have a sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

Tradewind Australia is recruiting an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator for a supportive and community-focused early learning service in Horsham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming team where you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a high-quality early childhood environment.

Working in the 3-4-year-old room, you will contribute to engaging learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality outcomes in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Please note: This role is suited to Diploma Qualified Educators with prior paid experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.

About You

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Have demonstrated paid experience working in a long day care, kindergarten, or early learning setting
• Be confident contributing to programming, observations, and documentation
• Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Bring a positive, reliable, and team-focused approach to your work
• Be passionate about providing high-quality education and care

Essential Requirements

• Current Employee Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain immediately)
