Bright Start Childcare and Early Learning Centre in Warrnambool, VIC, seeks an Experienced Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma or working toward it. The role focuses on creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children can learn and thrive, with a strong emphasis on development across cognitive, emotional and physical domains.

You will plan engaging activities, build relationships with children and families, and work with a team to maintain high educational standards.

Qualifications

• A recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience working with children in early childhood education and care settings.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and contemporary early childhood pedagogies.
• Ability to create inclusive, respectful and engaging learning environments.
• Excellent communication skills with children, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences.
