Job summary

Fair Foundations is seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to lead and support Early Childhood programs at The Occasional Care centre in Fairfield and Greater Western Sydney. The role focuses on safe, stimulating learning environments and upholding children’s autonomy and dignity.

The successful candidate will plan and implement programs meeting developmental and cultural needs, with a strong commitment to child safety and welfare. Working with a diverse community is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Minimum two years’ experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
• Experience with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• Current NSW Driver's License
• Strong understanding of Child Safety in early childhood

• Ensure Occasional Care centre is safe, healthy and stimulating
• Support children’s autonomy, initiative, self-worth and dignity
