Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Experience in GIS, Esri, Workday or HR & Payroll systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or large transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and business process mapping.
Support ERP implementations, system integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
Contribute to data migration, mapping, validation and testing.
Collaborate with project managers, architects and delivery teams.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
