Job summary

Journey Early Learning Group is seeking a Digital Transformation, Automation & AI Lead to drive a large-scale innovation journey across Perth CBD and Kwinana. You will own the AI, automation and digital transformation roadmap, partnering with business leaders to translate challenges into scalable technology solutions and measurable value.

You will lead adoption of Copilot, Power Platform and AI-driven solutions, balancing governance with innovation while delivering tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders across business units.
• Experience delivering automation, workflows and system integrations.
• Knowledge of governance, security and risk in technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Digital Transformation, AI and Automation roadmap.
• Lead adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Assess and prioritise automation initiatives based on business value and risk.
• Deliver workflow automation, AI agents and digital process improvements.
• Establish a transparent portfolio of transformation initiatives and benefits.
• Build business cases and measure realised value and outcomes.
• Drive user adoption through training and stakeholder networks.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Legal and Privacy to ensure governance.
• Manage technology partners, budgets and project delivery.
