Job summary

Dentsu in Perth is seeking a Digital Director to lead full-funnel digital strategy across the largest client base in WA. You will drive integrated planning across Search and Social and guide clients through business challenges as a strategic advisor.

You will oversee commercial accuracy, SOW management, and portfolio profitability while supporting ELT on new business development, pitches, and consultancy. You’ll coach a high-performing digital team and deliver excellence across Education,

Qualifications

• Media agency experience with leadership exposure.
• Deep expertise across Search & Social; programmatic & GMP platforms are a plus.
• Strong full-funnel thinking and channel integration.
• Comfortable discussing advanced measurement and first-party data strategies.
• Proven commercial acumen managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Strategic storyteller who simplifies complex data.
• People leader who builds capability and navigates change.
• Able to work across multiple fast-moving verticals.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated digital strategy across brand and performance channels.
• Strong data literacy and an established understanding of MMM frameworks and speaking to their benefits.
• Act as a senior advisor, challenging briefs and crafting clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Oversee commercial accuracy, SOW management and portfolio profitability.
• Support the ELT on new business development including pitches and consultancy.
• Coach and develop a high-performing digital team.
• Deliver vertical-specific excellence across Education, Personal Finance, Lifestyle & Resources.
