The University of Sydney invites applications for a Digital Projects Specialist in the Library. This full-time, fixed-term role until November 2027 offers the chance to lead and coordinate digital projects, develop plans, and ensure milestones are met while collaborating with stakeholders across the Library and University.

The Digital Projects Specialist provides project leadership, oversight and specialist advice to support the delivery of the Library’s digital projects and initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement project plans, coordinate activities and deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure projects achieve agreed milestones and outcomes.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the Library and University, managing project communications, building effective relationships and supporting collaboration across project teams. You will also contribute to identifying opportunities to enhance digital services and platforms through the effective use of technology.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
