We are currently looking for a Digital Product Lead to launch our Business Banking team's mobile and website interfaces. Reporting to the Chapter Lead - Digital Experience, you'll spearhead the creation of unparalleled customer experiences across our digital platforms.

As Digital Product Lead for Business Banking, you'll be a seasoned digital visionary, dedicated to crafting and implementing cutting-edge digital strategies. Your role will involve shaping the digital experience landscape for our Business Banking clientele, encompassing mobile technology, website enhancements, and secure banking solutions.

This position is instrumental in shaping distinctive customer interactions within ING Bank's digital realm. You'll drive both strategic planning and operational execution, playing a vital part in defining and implementing the digital experience roadmap for our Business Banking digital platforms.

What you’ll do
  • Work alongside the Business Banking product teams to define and execute the business banking digital strategy, aligning with the bank’s broader strategic objectives.

  • Drive the delivery of a digital optimisation roadmap; balancing strategic and tactical initiatives from ideation to customer launch and benefits realisation.

  • Champion human-centered design through the PACE methodology ensuring that customer needs shape the roadmap, solution design, and experience enhancements.

  • Coordinate the pipeline of incoming initiatives across the business banking team including supporting business casing, scope definition, business readiness, and internal/external communications.

  • Manage key commercial drivers of digital assets within the Digital Tribe; crucial to ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Risk, Legal, Marketing, Banking Products, Customer Intelligence, and Technology supports delivery and alignment.

What we’re looking for
  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Marketing, IT, or Business, with strong desktop application skills and digital technologies knowledge.

  • Experience: 7+ years managing large-scale digital channels, specialising in digital product management.

  • Skills: Strategic and creative thinker with innovation mindset, solid analytical and commercial acumen.

  • Abilities: Translate vision into actionable deliverables, influence strategic direction, and excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Communication: Excellent skills across all formats, contributing positively to team culture.

  • Desirable Experience: Usability, user-centric design, change management, and Business Banking digital channel execution.
