Overview

The ABC is seeking a Digital Producer/ Video Specialist to produce extension content for ABC Documentary and Specialist’s impact initiatives and campaigns for ABC platforms.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with various ABC internal departments and external partners on impact content ideas, production and distribution opportunities that contribute to impact objectives.
• Generate original story ideas, identify and suggest relevant content ideas for impact target audiences.
• Devise, plan, produce, direct and edit short stories for social platforms and television segments packages.
• Research, plan and write engaging and relevant digital content for impact audiences.
• Report on projects using audience and impact data to demonstrate the value of ABC impact campaigns and to inform future decisions.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone with advanced skills in creating both original high-quality video and digital content for websites, social media platforms and television segments including devising, writing, shooting, directing and editing. You should have strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You Should Also Have

• Advanced skills in researching, interviewing, writing and structuring digital articles, social content and television segments. Demonstrated graphic design skills.
• Proven experience building an audience on social media, with a proven understanding of social and web analytics.
• Considerable experience in digital content production systems and tools, including skills editing engaging audio, video and image content.
