Job summary

VicRoads is seeking a Digital Platform Support Analyst to maintain and improve customer-facing digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps. The role applies ITIL service management to ensure reliability, security and performance, while collaborating with the Technology division to support product releases and ongoing service delivery.

The successful candidate will work with a collaborative team to deliver innovative experiences for Victorians, with a focus on improving online services

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience delivering online services and customer-facing digital platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for VicRoads’ customer-facing digital platforms and underlying infrastructure
• Advise stakeholders on complex technical issues and drive improvements
• Resolve incidents and manage changes in line with ITIL practices
• Support product release pathways and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern web technologies
