Job summary

VicRoads is seeking a Digital Platform Support Analyst to ensure reliable, secure and high-performing customer-facing digital platforms including the VicRoads website, Custom Plates site, and mobile apps. You will apply ITIL principles while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative customer experiences.

You will work within the Technology division, supporting release pathways and driving improvements in online services, with a focus on operational excellence, stakeholder

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a similar digital platform support role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management (incident, problem, change).
• Experience supporting web/digital applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for VicRoads’ customer-facing digital platforms and underlying infrastructure.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, risks and solutions.
• Investigate, coordinate, and drive issues to resolution with minimal supervision.
• Support implementation, enhancement and delivery of online services.
• Conduct research to keep up with online/digital trends and practice improvements.
