UM Worldwide is seeking a Digital Partnerships Manager to lead strategic digital media advice for campaigns under $50K and Complex Non-Campaign (recruitment) portfolios. You will own the end-to-end digital campaign process, translating client objectives into high-performing activation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in paid digital media with relevant platform certification.
  • Excellent understanding of media planning and buying.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital media-related matters, providing leadership on digital media best practice to achieve client outcomes.
  • Leads the delivery of evidence-based strategies to achieve client outcomes.
  • Effectively manages client expectations and communicates with them about status updates, resourcing changes and deadlines.
  • Clearly demonstrates knowledge of UM and Australian Government systems and processes.
  • Manages the Digital Partnerships Executive and Associate.
  • Responsible for end-to-end campaign management including planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting to clients.
  • Leads the team to deliver best in class work by setting clear expectations, fostering a productive team culture, managing workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure flawless planning, execution and reporting.
  • Responsible for the final execution of the Media plan.
  • Ensures accurate execution of all client fees/charges (including ad-serving, buying fees, spot monitoring...).
  • Ensures deadlines involving the client and media are met
  • Adheres to the Australian Government reporting standards including ensuring accuracy of loading in SMD

Job description

The Digital Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading strategic digital media advice to solve communication challenges for campaigns under $50K and Complex Non-Campaign (recruitment) portfolios. As the primary activations lead, you will own the end-to-end digital campaign process, translating client business objectives into high-performing activation strategies.

You will support the Associate Director in driving excellence in customer service and product quality. A key component of this role is acting as a trusted source of trading and platform knowledge, leading planning and buying communications to deliver effective media solutions. Your work will be recognised as best practice within the Australian Government team, characterised by executional rigor and operational excellence and governance.

This position requires proven experience in developing and articulating integrated digital strategies across programmatic, social, and search channels and an expert in these platforms capable of navigating complex platform nuances to ensure client outcomes are met. You will be accountable for workflow orchestration, ensuring all deadlines are met and campaign hygiene is maintained to the highest standard.

Beyond execution, you will manage and mentor the Digital Partnerships Executive and Digital Partnerships Associate within the team. You will be responsible for identifying knowledge gaps, coaching them on craft skills, and buddy checking implementations to ensure the delivery of flawless, effective campaign.

Salary Range is $87,000.00 -$90,000.00 inclusive of superannuation
