Job summary

Katherine West Health Board is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to lead digital campaigns, create content, and manage media projects across remote Katherine West. You will plan, schedule, publish social content, and ensure cultural appropriateness in all materials.

You’ll collaborate with programs to align campaigns with events and achievements, coordinating external providers and internal teams while prioritising Aboriginal community self-determination.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in project coordination, digital media, communications, marketing or related discipline.
• Ability to coordinate projects from planning through to completion.
• Understanding of Aboriginal cultural values and commitment to self-determination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital media projects from brief to completion with plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Liaise with external providers and internal staff; manage briefs, schedules, and approvals.
• Maintain project records, trackers and budgeting; provide progress updates to managers.
