Right now, we’re looking for a talented Paid Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic, creative team. Your job will be to manage a range of clients, setting up, maintaining and optimising their Google Ads and Social Media campaigns with a focus on generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain and optimise campaigns for new clients.
  • Analyse campaigns to enhance performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Keyword research and competition analysis.
  • Develop marketing and creative strategy.
  • Write strategic and creative briefs.
  • Provide landing page and website recommendations.
  • Write Ad copy.

  • Work within allocated time frames and budgets to achieve outstanding results.

  • Keep up to date with the latest techniques to generate results for your clients.

Required Skills & Attributes
  • Strong knowledge of marketing platforms & software – Google Ads, Meta, & LinkedIn. Google Tag Manger, Google Analytics & Google Business.
  • Copywriting skills – capable of writing engaging Ad copy
  • Strategic and creative thinker – able to see the big picture while planning and executing actionable steps. Capable of generating creative ideas.
  • Analytical – ability to interpret data, draw insights, and pivot strategies based on performance.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving – capacity to identify, analyse, and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Organised – capable of managing and maintaining control of multiple projects, tasks, deadlines, and reporting cycles simultaneously; following process. Experienced managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Must have strong English fluency and writing skills.
  • Engaging and maintaining client relationships – this is a critical component of the role and will include written reports, and meetings (in person and online).
  • A strong track record of creating and implementing effective (best-practice) search engine marketing and social media campaigns.
  • A keen eye for detail – attention to detail is essential.
  • A genuine interest and passion for digital marketing – you’re keen to learn.
Preferred Experience
  • 1+ years in a digital marketing role
  • Experience within the digital or advertising agency space
  • Experience in the healthcare and SME sectors preferred
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite.
