Performance-driven digital marketer wanted to lead paid media, SEO & CRO for a global retailer. Gold Coast based, high-impact role.

About the Role:

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the digital marketing function — from campaign strategy and execution to analytics, optimisation and agency management. Working closely with a supportive and visionary Global Head of Marketing, you’ll drive performance across key digital channels and play a pivotal role in customer acquisition and growth.

This is a hands-on role with autonomy. You’ll shape campaigns, manage budgets, report on performance and collaborate across content, design, and showroom teams both locally and internationally.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Manage agency relationships for paid search and SEO
  • Oversee digital analytics and performance reporting (GA4, CRM dashboards)
  • Identify CRO and UX improvements to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to align messaging and targeting
  • Maintain website health, speed, and SEO strategy
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as impressions, engagement, clicks and bookings
What You’ll Need:
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or performance-focused role
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally
  • Background in retail, fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands preferred
  • Organised, collaborative and commercially minded
