  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop a team of performance specialists & coordinators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. You will endeavour to create a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital media strategy and performance. Proactively communicate campaign updates and address client inquiries.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising ROI.

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital media marketing, sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to agency thought leadership.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies.
  • Expertise in performance marketing metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
