Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Reporting Lead to head and expand our Infrastructure Digital team in Adelaide. You will drive data reporting, dashboards and governance; oversee client deliverables; and implement PMO and controls to enable data-driven decisions.

The role demands Azure data stack expertise, strong SQL skills and leadership of a multi-disciplinary team embedded with a major client in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data reporting and dashboarding solutions.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Deep data architecture knowledge, especially Azure data stack.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with PMO and project controls systems.
• Familiar with testing methods (unit/integration/UAT).
• Knowledge of data modelling.
• Ability to translate Azure designs into implementations.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and GDS standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital solutions for major infrastructure programs, with a focus on client engagement and delivery excellence.
• Oversee critical client deliveries, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and digital best practices.
• Develop and implement robust PMO and project controls systems to support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team, fostering capability in digital infrastructure delivery.
• Governance and assurance of system design, architecture and management.
