Job summary

NSW Health's Digital Health & Innovation team is seeking a Product Analyst (Health Manager Level 3) to manage day-to-day activities for planning, configuration, testing and implementation of the eMR eMeds clinical applications, including Oracle Health/Cerner modules.

You will collaborate with business and vendor stakeholders, contribute to product planning and project delivery, and participate in an on-call roster; duties may extend to other Sydney Local Health District facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in design, configuration and deployment of digital health systems.
• Experience in product management lifecycle in a large ICT service environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a range of cross-functional tasks including business and technical analysis and agile scrum coordination.
• Support product planning, active project delivery and second-level support for each product.
• Analyze and prioritise product features and work with stakeholders to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with business, internal and vendor stakeholders to evaluate processes and develop systems.
