Job summary

The Kids Research Institute Australia, reporting through the Children’s Diabetes Centre Co-Directors at Perth Children’s Hospital, seeks a leader to oversee the Data research program. You will manage digital health solutions, lead the Data team, and coordinate cross-functional projects respecting ethical and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or research with program/project management.
• Strong grasp of data platforms, analytics and digital health solutions.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Budget management experience and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of health data governance, ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Track record in grants and securing research funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead new innovations and advance the Data program within the Kids Research Institute Australia.
• Lead the Data research team and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Oversee project management including budget, ethics, regulatory and governance needs.
• Ensure long-term sustainability of developed digital solutions.
• Prepare reports, publications and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Translate research findings into practice and policy.
