University of Sydney is seeking a hands-on ICT professional to join the Digital Engagement team. Based across NSW campuses, you’ll provide Tier 2 desktop, mobile and integrated system support and drive local service improvements.
This full-time continuing role requires travel to regional locations, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to build relationships with academic and professional staff while delivering reliable ICT services.
Full-time / Continuing position Location: Multi-site (metropolitan & regional campuses) across NSW
Base salary from $117,133 – $127,610 + 17% Superannuation
Join the Digital Engagement function within Information and Communications Technology (ICT) as a hands-on technical liaison connecting metropolitan and regional sites with ICT. You’ll provide Tier 2 support, build trusted relationships with staff and turn local technology needs into lasting service improvements.
