Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia in Doncaster VIC is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering or BIM leader to shape how CPP manages digital information across projects and offices. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the position can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

You will lead Digital Engineering from tender to handover, coordinate civil, structural, electrical, transmission lines and SCADA teams, and establish practical standards while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in design/drafting, engineering, architecture or related discipline.
• Senior-level experience leading Digital Engineering, BIM or information management on major multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, Common Data Environments, federated models, clash coordination and digital handover.
• Collaborative leadership style to coordinate technical disciplines and build relationships with clients and project teams.
• Experience in transmission, utilities, renewable energy or data centres is valued but not essential.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Engineering and delivery from tender through design coordination and handover.
• Coordinate civil, structural, primary electrical, secondary systems, transmission lines and SCADA teams.
• Establish practical standards and bring multiple disciplines together across major projects.
