  • Apply HTML and CSS, web standards and quality assurance practices to deliver high-quality digital experiences across devices.
  • Use analytics, user research and testing to improve content, usability and digital performance, contributing to UX/UI initiatives and the Design System.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, translating business requirements into practical, audience-focused digital solutions.
  • Lead Web Publisher and Approver training and provide specialist advice on digital content, accessibility, SEO and web best practice.
  • Work collaboratively in an agile, interdisciplinary team to deliver digital projects aligned with the University’s strategy and priorities.
About you

You’ll be a confident digital professional who combines strong content and web production skills with a genuine focus on the user experience.

You’ll bring:
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality digital content, with strong writing and editing skills and an understanding of SEO, accessibility and digital best practice.
  • Experience using content management systems to create engaging, user-focused web pages and digital experiences, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, audience-focused digital solutions.
  • Excellent organisation and project coordination skills, with a proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities in an agile environment.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who is curious about how people interact with digital content and enjoys finding better ways to connect audiences with the information and services they need.
