Digital Content Manager – International Business

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager, you’ll take ownership of a range of content and SEO initiatives across HCF’s International Business, including:

Develop and deliver content and SEO strategies that drive awareness, organic growth, consideration and conversion.

Create engaging, audience-led content across websites, microsites, mobile and CRM channels.

Write, edit and optimise content across UX, SEO, microcopy and educational formats.

Use analytics, user research, testing and insights to continually improve digital experiences and performance.

Partner closely with Brand & Content, Digital Experience, product teams, SMEs, agencies and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Own content and SEO deliverables through planning, prioritisation, approvals, QA and delivery.

Monitor performance, conduct content audits and competitor benchmarking, and turn insights into meaningful optimisation opportunities.

Apply emerging SEO and AI search best practices to improve visibility and discoverability.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be an experienced digital content professional who combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver.

You’ll ideally have:

8+ years’ experience across digital content management, content strategy, SEO or a related discipline.

Strong writing and editing skills, with experience across UX writing, SEO, digital content and AI-optimised content.

Experience working in regulated or complex environments with multiple stakeholders and approval processes.

A strong understanding of UX, accessibility, content design and digital customer journeys.

Experience developing content for diverse, multicultural or international audiences.

Strong analytical capability and the ability to use data and insights to improve content performance.

Experience with tools such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, JIRA, Confluence and Excel.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work collaboratively while also operating independently.

A curious, improvement-focused mindset and a genuine passion for creating better digital experiences.

Experience in healthcare, health insurance, finance or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.

Why HCF?

You’ll join a collaborative team working on meaningful digital experiences that make a genuine difference to our members and customers.

If you’re passionate about content that is useful, inclusive and genuinely customer-first, we’d love to hear from you.
