Are you a creative visual storyteller with a passion for design, video and technology? We’re looking for a Digital Content & Design Coordinator to join our marketing team at Connetico, the group behind four of Australia’s most exciting technology brands: Arinco, Cevo, D6 Consulting and Connetico.
In this hands-on, collaborative role, you’ll create engaging visual content that brings our brands to life across digital platforms. From producing videos that showcase our people and projects to crafting sleek visuals for social media, sales and web, you’ll help us tell powerful stories about innovation in AI, cloud, data and digital transformation.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop design concepts, graphics and layouts for digital and print collateral in line with brand guidelines
- Produce engaging video content, from filming and editing to motion graphics and storytelling
- Create and update visual content for websites, social channels and sales materials
- Design clean, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and diagrams
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales and technical teams to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging formats
- Maintain and evolve a library of brand assets, templates and style guides
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content strategy
- Experiment with AI and new design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creativity
About you
- 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing or creative design role, ideally within IT, tech or professional services
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and visual storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools such as Canva or other video editing software
- Confident producing both graphic and video content from concept to delivery
- Able to digest complex technical information and present it visually for diverse audiences
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- A team player who’s eager to learn, contribute ideas and grow
- Curious about technology and excited by the pace of innovation
- Open to experimenting with AI tools to work smarter and more creatively
