What You'll Be Doing

  • Use insights to boost key metrics — from conversion rates to bounce rates and beyond.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Tech teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage partners and external agencies to ensure smooth, high-quality content delivery.
  • Take charge of digital merchandising and product execution — from launches to promos.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in ecommerce or multi-channel retail (mid-level sweet spot).
  • Strong hands-on experience in digital content, campaigns, and online merchandising.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of CMS (Hybris or WordPress), SEO, and Google Analytics.
