Job summary

The University of Sydney’s Charles Perkins Centre seeks a Project Officer, Digital Communications to drive the Centre’s digital presence. You will develop content across digital, social media, website and video channels, supporting the strategy refresh and engaging a broad audience.

You will work with stakeholders across the Centre to uplift digital engagement, review the strategy, and deliver high-quality communications across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience producing engaging digital and social media content for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of digital communications, social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using content management systems, digital platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging content across digital, social media, website and video channels.
• Support the review and implementation of the Centre's digital and social media strategy.
• Coordinate and maintain website and intranet content for accuracy and relevance.
• Produce high-quality communications for internal and external audiences across platforms.
• Monitor analytics, engagement and content performance to inform improvements.
• Identify trends and formats that enhance digital engagement and reach.
