Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Digital Communications Advisor for a 12 Month Casual Contract based in Perth CBD within a major energy organization.

You will manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Meta), create engaging content, maintain web content via CMS, and deliver analytics-driven insights through dashboards, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet briefs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Strong CMS and web publishing experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), digital tracking and performance measurement.
  • Excellent copywriting, content development and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic video editing and content production capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Communications Advisor to join a fast‑paced Corporate Affairs team within a major energy organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow social media channels across platforms including LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Plan, schedule and publish engaging organic content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Create, update and maintain website content, landing pages and digital assets through CMS platforms.
  • Produce high‑quality digital content including copywriting, graphics, video content and social media assets.
  • Support internal stakeholders with digital publishing and CMS‑related queries.
  • Coordinate external agencies and creative partners, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to brief.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with AI and marketing automation tools.
  • Photography and videography experience.
