Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a commercially minded Digital Client Director to lead growth for APEX, own client and agency partnerships, and deliver measurable digital outcomes. You'll manage and develop a high performing team, influence agency strategy across ANZ, and drive a sales led approach to build pipeline and deliver revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in media planning and agency partnerships.
• Proven experience in senior account management or related roles.
• Ability to lead agency-facing initiatives and drive revenue targets.
• Strategic thinker with strong digital knowledge and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and programmatic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of digital engagement initiatives for APEX in ANZ.
• Manage and grow relationships with agency partners and key clients.
• Lead a team, mentor staff, and elevate agency engagement.
• Own new business development: build pipeline, pitches, and close deals.
• Sell APEX products (programmatic, OOH, content, influencer, YouTube, etc.).
• Oversee campaign activation, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
