Job summary

The Department of the Premier and Cabinet, WA, invites applications for a permanent Principal Workforce Consultant (Digital Capability). You will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen the WA public sector’s digital and ICT workforce capability and to develop and deliver workforce strategies, policy advice and programs to build sustainable digital capability across government.

Responsibilities include delivering the Digital Public Sector Graduate Program and other early career development
