Job summary

Marsh Insurance Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager, Campaigns and Digital to join the Product and Customer Engagement team. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, this hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and a 12-month contract.

You will develop and manage integrated campaigns across email, mobile, web and paid media, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver personalised experiences and drive member engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Einstein.
• Capability to analyse campaign data and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, mobile, web and paid media
• Lead the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives to support member engagement and retention
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, automate and refine personalised campaigns
• Manage performance marketing channels such as PPC, display advertising and paid media
• Monitor campaign performance, test new approaches and translate results into practical recommendations
• Partner with analytics, product, customer experience and external agencies to deliver consistent campaign outcomes
