Job summary

Thales Group in Bendigo, Australia, seeks a senior ERP leader to drive the digital transformation of Protected Vehicles with Oracle ERP across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance functions. You’ll oversee enterprise systems and manufacturing tech to enable growth and operational excellence.

You will partner with stakeholders to modernise processes, improve data integrity, and embed new digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities, delivering visible improvements in reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP transformation programs in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and ERP integrations (MES, MRP, WMS).
• Ability to influence stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance and technology.

• Drive the successful implementation, optimisation and integration of Oracle ERP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse and finance functions.
• Deliver a connected digital ecosystem linking shop floor operations, manufacturing systems and business reporting to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making.

OUR TEAM

Our Protected Vehicles team works closely with clients to design, manufacture, maintain and upgrade protected vehicles that keep people safe, all around the world. Our state-of-the-art workshops are set up to help us deliver Hawkei and Bushmaster military vehicles to strict defence standards and set our people on rewarding career paths.

Working from our Bendigo site on Dja Dja Wurrung land, your role purpose is to:

• Lead the digital transformation roadmap for Protected Vehicles by overseeing enterprise systems, ERP capability and manufacturing technologies that support future growth and operational excellence.


• Drive the successful implementation, optimisation and integration of Oracle ERP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse and finance functions.

Key objectives are:

• Deliver a connected digital ecosystem that links shop floor operations, manufacturing systems and business reporting to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making.


• Partner with key stakeholders to modernise business processes, enhance data integrity and successfully embed new digital tools, reporting platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

• Proven experience leading Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades or optimisation programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, supply chain processes, ERP integrations and digital technologies including MES, MRP, WMS and reporting platforms.


• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance and technology teams while delivering complex transformation initiatives.


• Experience driving process improvement, data governance, user adoption and change management within large-scale enterprise system environments.
