About the Role
As Account Director, you’ll take the lead on key client relationships, overseeing a diverse portfolio of digital projects and marketing initiatives. You’ll act as a strategic advisor - planning ahead, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring we deliver value at every step.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. You’ll work closely with our experienced Delivery, UX, Strategy, Marketing, and Technical teams to turn client vision into meaningful outcomes.
This role is perfect for someone who wants more than just ‘maintenance mode’. You’ll be leading work that actually moves the needle - for our clients and for our agency.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a confident communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a natural relationship builder. You understand the dynamics of client-agency partnerships and can navigate complexity with ease. Most of all, you’re commercially minded and committed to making an impact.
Skills you’ll possess:
7+ years’ experience in a similar role (agency or consultancy experience preferred)
Proven experience managing digital accounts and multi-disciplinary teams
Strong understanding of DXP/CMS websites, product development and digital marketing
A track record of driving client growth and retention
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
The ability to lead conversations at a senior level with confidence and clarity
