Autonomy & Asset Management Group is seeking experienced Digger Fitters to join our client's team working on Liebherr excavators within the Bowen Basin. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified tradespeople with heavy mobile mining equipment experience seeking ongoing work.

The role offers a consistent 7 days on/7 days off roster with 12-hour shifts, competitive rates plus vehicle, and day/night shift options across Bowen Basin mining sites, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliable

Qualifikationen

• Trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or Heavy Mobile Plant.
• Previous Liebherr excavator experience – essential.
• Current Coal Board Medical (CBM) – essential.
• Current Standard 11 – essential.
• Strong heavy mobile mining equipment experience.
• Proven breakdown and preventative maintenance experience.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Ability to work a 7/7 roster and 12-hour shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of Liebherr excavators and associated heavy mobile mining equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduled and preventative maintenance
• Breakdown repairs and fault finding
• Servicing and maintaining Liebherr excavators
• Mechanical fault diagnosis and repairs
• Component change-outs
• Equipment inspections and maintenance
• Completing maintenance documentation
• Working safely in accordance with mine site procedures

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Trade Certificate - Diesel Fitting / Heavy Mobile Plant
• Previous Liebherr excavator experience - essential
• Current Coal Board Medical (CBM) - essential
• Current Standard 11 - essential
• Strong heavy mobile mining equipment experience
• Proven breakdown and preventative maintenance experience
