A leading health district in New South Wales is seeking a Dietitian (Level 1-2) to provide quality Nutrition and Dietetics Services to inpatients and outpatients. The role offers flexibility in work location and a casual employment type. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and experience as a clinical dietitian. Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of Dietitians Australia.
• Current experience as a clinical dietitian, with postgraduate experience in a hospital setting.
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, evidence-based Nutrition and Dietetics Services to patients and staff.
• Contribute to high-quality services within the Allied Health Directorate.

Conocimientos

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level computer skills

Experience in nutrition-related quality improvement projects

Educación

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality, evidence‑based Nutrition and Dietetics Services to adult and paediatric inpatients, outpatients and staff of the NBMLHD, and contribute to a flexible, responsive and high‑quality service within the Allied Health Directorate.

Qualified To Apply

• Tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligible for full membership of Dietitians Australia
• Up‑to‑date knowledge and skills in nutrition and dietetic practice, including the inpatient acute care setting, and paediatrics
• Current experience as a clinical dietitian, with postgraduate experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience and confidence within multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully both as part of a team and independently, while managing a high‑paced and high‑volume workload
• High level computer skills in a wide variety of applications/programs, including experience with Diet Office/Food service IT systems
• Experience in nutrition related quality improvement projects focusing on improvements in clinical patient care and/or services
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
