Monash Health is seeking an experienced Dietitian Grade 4 – Clinical Lead at Monash Medical Centre, Moorabbin Hospital & Victorian Heart Hospital. The role focuses on clinical leadership, mentoring, and transforming nutrition services to improve patient care across multiple sites.

You will lead a high-performing Dietetics team, drive innovation and research, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to shape best practices in care delivery.

About You

To ethrive in this role you will bring:

Speicalist knowledge and expertise in clinical dietetics

Advanced, contemporary leadership skills which have cultivated a high performing team(s)

Extensive knowledge, leadership and experience in quality improvement and/or research processes

Experience in the professional development of others at undergraduate, professional, and postgraduate levels

Experience in identifying and leading change others through this process, using extensive specialised knowledge

Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team focus and an ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Mandatory requirements:

Undergraduate or post graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics

Eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia

Eligibility for Accredited Practising APD membership

Holds or is working toward a higher qualification (desirable)
