Job summary

Northeast Health Wangaratta in Victoria is offering a full‑time Graduate Dietitian on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract. The role supports admitted patients across wards, including subacute, medical, surgical, paediatrics, ED, ICU, dialysis and day oncology.

The successful applicant will gain experience across these settings during the term, with 80 hours per fortnight and the opportunity to advance professional skills in a busy regional hospital. Applications close Sunday, 4 October 2026.

• Eligible to practise as a Dietitian in Victoria.
• Willing to work across multiple hospital wards and settings.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care across wards as part of admitted team.
• Assist in nutrition assessments and care planning under supervision.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and ED/ICU if required.

This position will be part of our admitted team who together, provide care to patients across a range of wards including subacute, medical, surgical, paediatrics, ED, ICU, dialysis, and day oncology.

During the term of employment, there will be an opportunity to gain experience across many of these settings.
