Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Dietitian to join the Rehab@Home service, delivering evidence-based dietetic care across community and residential settings as part of an interprofessional team focused on rehabilitation and patient-centred outcomes.

You will assess, intervene and evaluate a caseload while collaborating with clients, families and other health professionals to achieve person-centred goals and contribute to education, service development and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Dietitian with evidence-based practice in community rehabilitation.
• Ability to work in an interprofessional team and with clients, carers, families and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dietetic assessment, intervention and evaluation for an allocated caseload.
• Collaborate with clients, families and health professionals to achieve person-centred goals.
• Contribute to clinical education and supervision of students and staff, with support from senior clinical staff.
• Participate in quality improvement, service development and research activities that enhance dietetic practice and patient-centred care.
