Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Dietitian to join the Rehabilitation team to deliver high quality nutrition care that supports recovery and discharge. You will manage complex nutrition needs and provide therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will partner with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team, shape service quality, education and research, and provide expert dietetic advice across rehabilitation services to improve patient

• Apply evidence based, client centred care in complex situations
• Bring adult rehabilitation experience across complex health needs
