Job summary

NSW Health's Campbelltown Hospital is seeking a proactive Dietitian Assistant (Allied Health Assistant Lvl 2-3) to support patient care in a busy hospital setting. This permanent/temporary, full-time/part-time role offers exposure to nutrition, therapeutic diets, and multidisciplinary teams, with opportunities to develop clinical skills and contribute to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Nutrition & Dietetics) or Certificate III AHA (Nutrition & Dietetics) or equivalent qualification, or minimum 12 months full-time equivalent relevant hospital experience.
• Good knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and customer relations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good computer skills including CBORD Windows system and tablet-based menu selection.
