Job summary

WSB Distributors in the Clare Valley is seeking experienced Diesel Technicians at our Clare Branch. Your hands-on work will span AGCO hay and harvest equipment, Kuhne and Telehandlers, with opportunities to learn across a range of brands.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Diesel Technician with 2–3 years post-apprenticeship preferred or recent graduates with proven ability.
• Experience with agricultural machinery is a bonus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously on offsite assignments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Team player who supports others and contributes to a positive workplace.
• Automotive air conditioning licence and HC licence are advantageous but not essential; support available to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair AGCO hay and harvest equipment, seeders, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers.
• Work in-branch and at customer sites, managing jobs independently.
• Build genuine relationships with customers as the face of WSB in the field.
• Collaborate with the team and continually learn from colleagues.
• Take ownership of work and uphold high service standards for customers.

What we are looking for

• Trade qualified Diesel Technician, 2-3 years post-apprenticeship preferred, though recent graduates with proven ability are strongly encouraged to apply.
