Condor Energy Services is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team across Australia and New Zealand. You will diagnose, repair and maintain diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, using CAT ET and SIS to identify faults. The role includes routine servicing, complex repairs, and field travel to ensure uptime.

You must hold a Mechanical Fitter qualification, HR licence, forklift ticket and First Aid; ongoing development and competitive remuneration are available.

Formación

• Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with light and heavy vehicles and trailers.
• Experience with electronically controlled hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency using CAT ET and SIS diagnostic tools.
• ULV electrical diagnostics and fault finding.
• Fabrication and repair skills.
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair and maintain diesel engines, vehicles and equipment.
• Use CAT ET and SIS to identify faults and plan repairs.
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Carry out complex mechanical repairs to engine, transmission, braking and hydraulics.
• Maintain electronically controlled hydraulic systems and low voltage electricals.
• Undertake fabrication and related mechanical work.
• Interpret schematics and report defects and maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Inspect and repair light/heavy vehicles and trailers.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
