Job summary

Hutcheon & Pearce, the largest Australian John Deere dealership with over 70 years in NSW, is seeking a trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic to service premium machinery. You’ll diagnose, repair and maintain equipment across agriculture, heavy vehicle, automotive and mobile plant sectors on site.

You’ll join a team that values skills, offers ongoing training, and supports a family-friendly roster with Monday–Friday hours and optional overtime.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified in Agricultural, Heavy Vehicle, Automotive, Mobile Plant, or similar.
• Holds a current driver’s licence.
• Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working on premium John Deere machinery.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain industry leading equipment.
• Complete service paperwork.
• Share your technical know-how with customers and the team.
