NVG Heavy Equipment Services in Maddingley, Bacchus Marsh, seeks a Diesel Mechanic to join our expanding team. You will service heavy vehicle and plant equipment with a mix of workshop and field work, enjoying a competitive hourly rate and options for RDOs.

Formación

• Qualified Mechanic with trade certificate or equivalent.
• Current driver’s licence required.
• Demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
• Able to interpret technical literature and manuals.
• Adheres to high safety standards in workshop and on-site.
• Truck licence is desirable; RWCs viewed favourably but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Repairs on-site and off-site.

• Work autonomously in a busy workshop/field environment.
• Ensure compliance with OHS standards at all times.

Based in Maddingley, Bacchus Marsh, we are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our expanding team specialising in heavy vehicle/plant service repairs and maintenance.

A comfortable mix of both workshop and, if you like, also field service work that is split amongst our team, handsome remuneration and the ability to bank up your RDOs!

Our ongoing pay review structure also rewards those who continue to perform above and beyond!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Repairs (on-site and off-site)
• Following a preventative maintenance schedule
• Working autonomously
• Ensuring OHS standards are adhered to

Skills /Attributes Required:

• Qualified Mechanic

• Truck Licence is desirable
• Having a heavy vehicle Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) licence will be looked upon favourably, but it is not mandatory.
