McCosker Contracting in Cairns, FNQ, is seeking personnel for civil and heavy earthmoving work on a 2:1 roster. The role covers Far North Queensland, including Mareeba, Kuranda, Atherton, and Port Douglas; local FNQ candidates are encouraged to apply.

Start date is immediate. The position features a casual flat rate starting at AUD 75 per hour, with an option for FIFO and a standard roster with some flexibility for eligible skilled candidates.

Pay rates starting at $75 casual flat rate.

About the Role

This position is offered on a 2:1 roster, with Far North Queensland as the preferred point of hire, including Mareeba, Kuranda, Atherton, Port Douglas and surrounding areas. We encourage applications from local FNQ candidates, while also welcoming applications from Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton and Brisbane. Although the standard roster is 2:1, some flexibility may be available for candidates with the right skills and experience, particularly those based in Far North Queensland.
