CT Labour Hire & Recruitment is sourcing a Die/Tool Setter for our client in manufacturing, to work on production machinery and dies on the factory floor. The role requires setting up, aligning and changing dies, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will adjust equipment to ensure efficient production and inspect tooling for wear or damage. The ideal candidate can work independently or as part of a team, with a reliable, safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and changing dies in production machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good problem-solving skills for troubleshooting setup issues.
• Attention to detail for dies and tooling inspection.
• Ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures.

Our client has an extremely strong global reputation, specialising in the production of rubber components for the mining and agricultural sector. They are looking to hie a Die/Tool Setter to work with machinery on their manufacturing floor.
